Energy
For each design experts are hired to make an energy report. In the energy report, the whole building is analyzed on ways to reduce energy use, and on the other hand, ways to produce energy on the particular location. It always starts first with decreasing the demand, and then producing the remaining demand of energy.

The energy reports are made based on location, building typology and ambitions of the client. The findings of the energy report will have consequences for the building design. This is an iterative process: back and forth between energy performance and building design.

On the basis of these energy reports, the future energy use of your building can be predicted, just as the costs, and the break even point of possible extra investments.

First, an intelligent design is made, only then are installations added. Becasuse the building is smarter from itself, it will require less investments in installations. This way a more economic as well as more intelligent building is the result.
